My name is Nate Thomas, Professor of Cinema and Television Arts and the President of the CSUN Chapter of the California Faculty Association. CFA is the official bargaining unit for the 29,000 professors, lecturers, librarians, counselors and coaches in the California State University system. It is my great pleasure to send to you a warm Matador welcome to our CSUN community.Although times are challenging in higher education, I can assure you that on this campus you have representation and a voice. We are proud to be a strong union and are counting on you to join us.
