Navigating the faculty review process is one aspect of your position at CSUN you will want to examine earlier rather than later. The processes and policies are different for tenure-track and lecturers. However, because CSUN values disciplinary and department-level autonomy, it's also not uncommon for the process to be slightly different across departments and colleges. 

We want you to be informed with the offices and resources with regard to faculty review so you can further investigate standards or benchmarks for success.  This module provides resources on the following:
