05/02/2025 The Department of Anthropology will hold its annual event, the Anthro Expo, on Tuesday, May 6th from 9am to 4pm in the Whitsett Room (Sierra Hall 451). The theme is From Fieldwork to Futures: Anthropology in the Real World. TPRG members will be presenting our recently completed group poster during The Methods Mixer portion of the event from 1:30-2:30pm. Please stop by their table and meet other students, network, and learn about the methodologies of anthropological work!

01/31/2024 TPRG@CSUN member Dr. Rougier contributed to three new articles just published in Nature and Nature Ecology & Evolution about the discovery of 45,000+ year old Homo sapiens at the Ilsenhöhle in Ranis, Germany, and their paleoecological and paleoclimatic context.
