Current Projects
- Paleoanthropological Sites Map Project: We are gathering information on archaeological sites that have yielded significant paleoanthropological data and results in order to create a map locating them and presenting relevant information about these sites.
- Upper Paleolithic Mortuary Practices Project: We are gathering information on Upper Paleolithic Homo sapiens, their biological affinities, and mortuary practices in order to assess their diversity across time and space.
Completed Projects
- Display Case Project: In Spring 2025, we were granted permission to create a representative project for our group to be displayed in the department's display case in Sierra Hall. This was an exciting opportunity to showcase our research, and group members worked together to come up with ideas that best represent our group and our findings. Below is the wonderful poster they put together! [Participating members: Chloe Coulter, Ismael Anguiano, Jenna Conte, Nona Gharibyan, Noel Gogol]
- Outreach activities: TPRG members Jenna Conte, Chloe Coulter, and Nona Gharibyan (from left to right) presented the poster at the Anthro Expo 2025, CSUN.
