Paper Formatting Checklist
- Margins are 1".
- Paper is double-spaced.
- First line of paragraphs are indented using the tab key.
- Recommended fonts: 11-point Calibri, 11-point Arial, 10-point Lucida Sans Unicode, 12-point Times New Roman, 11-point Georgia, or normal (10-point) Computer Modern.
- For student papers, header consists of the page number only(unless the instructor requires running head).
- Insert page numbers in the top right corner.
- The title page carries the page number 1.

Include the following elements in your title page.
Headings
Headings organize the content of your paper. They should be descriptive and concise. If your instructor requires headings use the following formatting guidelines taken from the APA Style Center's headings formatting table. Links to an external site.
