- These websites provide an opportunity to “poll” students or obtain feedback on survey items to promote discussion or implement assessment on a topic or course content. Consider embedding “polls”, questions, assessment measures periodically in your lecture slides or with your activities.
- Provide directions for students prior to starting the activity.
- Construct and upload reflective questions or items related to content.
Tips for implementing:
Preload questions. Most of the websites listed are housed on the application’s own server – meaning you do not have to download any software to your class computer and can simply “log on” to the site from the class computer or your tablet.
